How it works | Explained
1) Choose a supported country
Start by selecting the country where the recipient is currently detained or incarcerated. You can only send to countries listed as supported which is almost all countries in the world.
2) Enter the recipient’s details
Fill in the recipient’s first and last name. If available, add an inmate number, national ID number, or other identifying details used in that country—this can help avoid mix-ups.
This is optional, but please check whether it’s required in the country you’re sending to.
3) Add the facility address: prison, jail etc
Enter the official mailing address for the facility where the recipient is held. This ensures your letter is routed correctly within the local system.
4) Enter your address
Add your own sender address.
5) Write your letter
Type your message directly in the letter form. Keep it clear and readable, and follow any local facility rules where applicable.
6) Preview before sending
Review your letter and all details before checkout to make sure everything looks correct.
7) Pay securely
Complete payment online. Your order is processed immediately after payment is confirmed.
8) We print and mail it thrue partners
We handle printing and mailing so your letter is sent through the most suitable local distribution route available. Distribution partner may vary.
Delivery time and tracking
Delivery times vary by country and facility. Letters are sent as standard, non-trackable mail, so tracking is not available.
